“Learning from Social Networks: A Study in Landowner Decision Making“

This webcast will present the findings of a study recently completed by a team of scientists, who examined how private landowners obtain information on the stewardship and management of their forest landscapes. This study may provide an insight into the use of social networks in other natural resources, including urban green space and open-space. This webcast will feature David B. Kittredge, PhD, Professor and Extension Forester at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. His presentation will introduce the study that was completed by a team of interdisciplinary researchers and scientists from around the United States.
