Upcoming UNRI Webcast – April 24th – Tree Values

Please join us for the next UNRI Informational Webcast, “Recent Tree Value Research Studies: Impact of EAB on Human Mortality and Trees and Birth Outcomes”, on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, 1:00 PM (Eastern).  This webcast session features Geoffrey Donovan, Economist, US Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Research Station, who will provide an overview of his research quantifying the value of urban trees. Join us as Geoffrey shares results of two recently completed research projects. The first, examines the relationship between trees and birth outcomes in Portland, Oregon. The second looks at the effect of Emerald Ash Borer on human mortality.
