“Forest Stewardship Planning” Informational Session
April 15, 2010, 10:00 AM (Eastern)
Moderator: Mark Buccowich, USDA Forest Service, State and Private Forestry

Abstract:

This session discussed how the Forest Stewardship Program is delivered in the Northeastern Area. The challenge we have been given, is to dramatically increase the influence and impact of our program on the sustainable management of privately-owned forest lands. For the past year and a half, NA and its State partners have been working to develop concepts and approaches that would help us achieve that goal. This session provides an overview of these efforts.
