Webcast Presenter Resource Page

In order to deliver a successful web cast session, it is important that you are familiar with the webcast technology, as well as understand the steps necessary to upload your presentation to the UNRI server prior to the day of the webcast, if you are going to be using PowerPoint slides in your session.  Additionally, you may also want upload other documents which you will be using in the webcast to the UNRI server.

To prepare for the webcast it is advised that you work with UNRI staff to complete your presentation,using the LiveMeeting technology that is used during the actual webcast. This session is normally completed in about 20 minutes, and provides you with an opportunity to explore the capability of the webcast technology. During the dry-run, you will test your computer’s compatibility with the webcast software, as well as learn to upload your presentation to the UNRI webcast server.
